This compact and durable gearbox is designed to deliver reliable performance across a wide range of industrial and automation applications. With a torque capacity of up to 25 Nm and a gear ratio range of 25 to 3250, it provides flexibility for both high-speed and high-torque requirements. The gearbox is built with spur or helical gears inside a strong ADC12 housing, ensuring smooth power transmission and long-lasting durability. Its hardened Ø10 × 25 mm output shaft with D-shape milling provides strength and stability, with customization available on request. Engineered for tough conditions, it can withstand 400 N axial thrust and 600 N lateral force, along with a radial torque capacity of 6 Nm. Despite its strength, the design remains lightweight (650–850 g) and compact (70 × 120 × 28 mm), making it easy to integrate into different systems. The gearbox supports multiple motor combinations including synchronous motors, BLDC motors, stepper motors, and DC geared motors. It is also highly versatile with any mounting type supported. With an operating temperature range of -20°C to +60°C and IP44 enclosure protection, it is built to perform reliably even in demanding environments.
