Our Compact Gearbox is designed for precision motion and reliable power transmission in a wide range of industrial and automation applications. Built with a plastic housing & metal plates, it ensures strength while maintaining a lightweight design (480–625 g) with motor.
The gearbox supports both spur and helical gear configurations (as per order), delivering smooth performance with hardened output shafts for extended durability. It is compatible with DC motors and can be mounted in any orientation, offering flexibility in system integration. With an output shaft of Ø8 mm × 30 mm (customizable on request), the gearbox handles axial thrust up to 30 N and lateral force up to 80 N, making it suitable for demanding load conditions. The unit operates reliably in a wide temperature range of –15 °C to +80 °C with an IP40 enclosure protection rating. For enhanced performance, the gearbox incorporates sintered bronze bush bearings, ensuring long service life with
minimal maintenance.
