This high-performance gearbox is designed for reliable use in demanding industrial and electrical applications. Built with spur and helical gear options, it ensures smooth operation and long service life. With a torque capacity of up to 50 Nm and a gear ratio of 265 (modifiable as required), the gearbox is ideal for applications where precision, strength, and durability are essential. The gearbox features a robust ADC12 housing with hardened EN8D & EN19 gears, providing excellent wear resistance and strength. Its output shaft speed of 17 ± 2 RPM (customizable) makes it suitable for medium to heavy- duty tasks. Designed to handle high loads, it supports up to 740 N axial thrust and 1137 N radial load, ensuring dependable performance even under challenging conditions. Compact in design (150 × 66 × 45 mm) and lightweight (600–750 g) without motor, it integrates easily with different systems. The gearbox is compatible with DC motors (4500 RPM) and supports standard dowel pin and M4 threaded hole mounting for easy installation. Operating within a wide temperature range (-40°C to +100°C) and featuring an IP44 enclosure rating, the gearbox is protected against dust and splashes, making it a reliable choice for both indoor and outdoor environments.
